ProStart®
The ProStart® program is a college
prep, two-year curriculum and mentoring program designed
to introduce high school students to the skills needed for
a career in the restaurant and foodservice industry.
Currently over 60 schools and 2200 students in Wisconsin
participate in the ProStart® curriculum.
Scholarship Program
The Education Foundation has provided
scholarships for hundreds of foodservice and hospitality
students ensuring that we continue to recruit promising
new talent to our industry.
Over $400,000 in scholarships have been awarded since 1983. |

Culinary
and Foodservice
Management Competitions
The Education Foundation holds several
professional, college and high school culinary competitions
as well as a foodservice management competition at the high
school level. These competitions offer the opportunity to hone
skills and share new ideas and further elevate the culinary
profession.

Safety Training
and Education
The Education Foundation offers quality food safety manager
and employee training through ServSafe® courses and
works to educate the industry and the public about the
importance of food safety.

all the golf carts.
- GPS is a state-of-the-art technology that offers golfers
accurate information and a detailed color visual of the
hole you are playing with yardages to the pin and various
hazards or points of reference. This system will help with
speed of play and increase the enjoyment of your round.
