High School Mentoring

With the ProStart® program, high school students are hired for internships, learning the art of cooking and managing restaurants through training with professional chefs and worksite mentors.  Students obtain valuable work experience, while making money, and receive a head-start toward a career in foodservice or credit toward college education.
