Recertification for Wisconsin Food Managers to fulfill state requirements.

• Meets minimum state requirements for renewing Wisconsin Food Manager’s Certification
• Intended for individuals whose State of Wisconsin certification is about to expire or has not been expired for longer than 6 months
• City of Milwaukee Managers must recertify with ServSafe® Manager above; those wishing to renew a ServSafe® Certificate must take and pass the ServSafe® Manager Exam above
• Half-day in-class or convenient online sessions available

ServSafe® Food Handler
Delivers basic food safety training for employees.

• Complies with employer requirements for food handlers
