Food Protection Manager Certification
Obtain your ServSafe® Manager Certification from the official score and certificate distributor. Certificate distributors may be your instructor or proctor, the class sponsor or possibly your employer.
If you have misplaced, lost or are unable to obtain your certificate, you may request a duplicate certificate by sending a completed Certificate and Score Release Request Form to the NRA Service Center. The cost is $20 for each certificate requested.
