Brust Avenue Course Date: 07/01/2013 Registration Deadline: 06/24/2013 Course Fees: Reschedule: $65.00 Retest* (Retest Fee is for individuals who failed the test within the last 12 months and need to retake the test): $80.00 No refunds will be given. All materials must be shipped to a company address. No P.O. Box, APO/FPO or residential addresses accepted. Please make sure you fill out the shipping address information correctly.
