Your credit card information is validated and processed by a third party processor, therefore, the Wisconsin Restaurant Association does not receive or store any credit card numbers, expiration dates or card verification codes. This is why you are asked for this information each time you return to purchase from us.

Shipping Information
The Wisconsin Restaurant Association is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise shipped. This includes incorrect address information received through the online order.
Standard Shipping
- Educational Material orders will be sent via 3rd party carrier with a tracking service, after 3 business days. No weekend delivery, No P.O. boxes or APO/FPO. If materials are needed faster than this, you must call our office at 800.589.3211 Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Gift Certificate orders will be shipped separately by U.S. Mail after 3 business days. Since this service does not include tracking - the Wisconsin Restaurant Association is not liable for any lost or damaged orders. We recommend the Trackable Service listed in the next section if this is a concern.
- Gift Certificate orders with Logos will be shipped separately by U.S. Mail after a minimum of 5 business days.
- Event Tickets (if applicable) will be shipped separately by U.S. Mail after 3 business days unless otherwise specified on the order page.
Trackable Service (Only available on gift certificate orders)
Any additional items placed with gift certificates on the same order will be shipped separately according to the Standard Shipping terms.
- This service is recommended if you are concerned about lost or damaged gift certificate orders since the Wisconsin Restaurant Association assumes no liability for these orders through regular U.S. Mail.
- Gift Certificates will be mailed using a trackable service such as U.S. Mail or 3rd party carrier after 3 business days.
- No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO
2nd Day Shipping (Only available on gift certificate orders)
Any additional items placed with gift certificates on the same order will be shipped separately according to the Standard Shipping terms.
- Gift Certificates will ship after a one business day processing period (ie. orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday and shipped 2nd day on Monday).
- Gift Certificates may ship using a variety of methods, both air and ground.
- No weekend delivery; No P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.
Overnight Shipping (Only available on gift certificate orders)
Any additional items placed with gift certificates on the same order will be shipped separately according to the Standard Shipping terms.
- Gift Certificates will ship after a one business day processing period (ie. orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday and shipped overnight on Monday).
- Gift Certificates may ship using a variety of methods, both air and ground.

Return Policy
ALL orders placed for Events, ServSafe® Classes and Gift Certificates are final and non-refundable.
Educational Materials – We will accept returns within 30 days of the original ORDER date (no exceptions). We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the return item. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
