Competitions
The Wisconsin Bakers Association is hosting a brand new program to define the bakers best products in Wisconsin… the WBA Bakers Best Seal of Excellence!

On Tuesday, March 10th, entries in six baking categories will be judged to determine which creation deserves the Bakers Best Seal of Excellence.  Watch as awards of distinction are given in each of these categories of bakery items:

• Seasonal Breads
• 2-D or 3-D Shaped Cakes
• Unique Cupcake Creations
• Gourmet Pies & Tarts
• Cookies of Distinction
• Bountiful Bars

Winners of the Seal of Excellence receive awards, medals, and marketing labels for their product all to help promote sales of their winning bakery item!  Winners will be announced Tuesday on the show floor and at the 4B’s Bash on Tuesday evening.

Don’t miss watching the top bakery talent in the state show off their skills and compete in an exciting event for the bakery industry!

Bakers Bash
Join the Wisconsin Bakers Association Tuesday evening for a fun event for the baking industry, the 4B’s Bakers Bash!  Held just across from the Midwest Airlines Center at Major Goolsby’s, you’ll enjoy food, refreshments and fun as WBA honors Hall of Fame inductees.  And, you’ll discover the winner of the Bakery Operation of the Year!  It’s sure to be a blast!
