Learn unique and creative florals and figure pipings to create a beautiful cake simply and professionally. Twelve lucky attendees will work with the WBA 2007 Creative Cake Decorating Champion, Derek Van Alystne of Sweet Creations Village Bakery, in this valuable cake decorating workshop.

Discover the basics of cake sculpture! Gail Kollman, a Certified Master Baker and Decorator and the first duel certified champion by the Retail Bakers of America, will work with you to create a sculpted cake based on the unique designs of National Champion Bronwen Weber. Attend an interesting workshop on one of the hottest trends in the industry!
Cake Finishes: Borders & Themes

Learn to work with designer borders and custom themes that are simply elegant. The 2001 Pillsbury National Champion, Jerry Manderfield, will show you techniques to help you get the ultimate finish on any decorated cake.
