Table Top Design Contest
All three days
Professionals showcase their best table displays to win first prize in one of four categories: Most Innovative, Most Creative, Most Viable Concept and People's Choice.

Extreme Wedding Cake Challenge
Monday competition; Display all three days
Top decorators compete to create the most extreme wedding cake design.  Prizes awarded on skill, extreme presentation, professionalism, sanitation standards and taste, as well as artist’s talent and originality.

Bakers Best Seal of Excellence
Monday judging; Display all three days
Five categories of bakery items are judged to define the bakers best products in Wisconsin: 3-D Mini Cakes, Puff Pastries, Danish or Sweet Dough Coffee Cakes, Whole Grain Pan or Artisan Breads, and Cake Donuts.

College Culinary Arts Competition
Monday, March 8
Culinary students from across the state design stunning plated meals. In the Hot Food Competition, four course meals are prepared. In the Cold Plate Competition, aspic-glazed plates are judged on appearance and creativity.

 

ProStart® Invitational
Tuesday, March 9
Students from Wisconsin schools test their culinary skills in preparing a three course meal and their knowledge of foodservice management.
