Teams of two culinary students will work together to create two courses, a starter and entrée. The trick? They will need to creatively incorporate three surprise ingredients into the two plates.
The surprise ingredients will be revealed to the competitors before the event so they have time to prepare. It won’t be easy – the ingredients could be wild, wacky or commonplace and include things like chocolate syrup, flavored soda or harissa paste.
Winning teams receive trophies and cash prizes - $300 for 1st, $200 for 2nd and $100 for 3rd.
$150 per team if registration received prior to February 1, 2018.
$200 per team if registration received after February 1, 2018.
