Sheboygan’s Blue Harbor Resort and Spa with Floral Essense of Sheboygan Falls swept the professionally judged categories and were awarded Most Innovative, Most Viable and Best Use of a Theme with their “Breakfast in Bed” themed table.
The “Thoughtfully Sourced, Carefully Served” themed table by Hyatt Regency Milwaukee won the People’s Choice category – a category in which the Expo attendees voted on their most favorite tabletop design.

Café 1919 Catering took an interesting approach for their “An Alfresco Afternoon” themed table, sourcing all of their materials (from top to bottom) from Goodwill Retail Stores, since they are a division of Goodwill Industries of SEW and the Goodwill Culinary Institute.
Expo producers, the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, designed their own tabletop “The Silver Lining,” even though they weren’t eligible to win prizes.
