The Wisconsin Restaurant Expo offers a ringside seat at many exciting competitions. Watch as the region’s top talent prepares award winning creations in high-pressure, high-stakes battles that take place right before your eyes!

	Table Top Design Competition All three days Professionals showcase their best table displays to win first prize in one of four categories: Most Innovative, Best Use of a Theme, Most Viable Concept and People's Choice.

	College Culinary Arts Competition Monday Culinary students from across the state design stunning plated meals. In the Hot Food Competition, four course meals are prepared. In the Cold Plate Competition, aspic-glazed plates are judged on appearance and creativity.

	ProStart® Invitational Tuesday Students from Wisconsin schools test their culinary skills in preparing a three course meal and their knowledge of foodservice management.

	Art of the Cake Competition All three days Midwest bakery professionals create beautiful cake designs to win first place in one of three categories: Creative Cake Decorating for special occasion cakes, Extreme Wedding Cake Challenge and People’s Choice.
