2013 Culinary Competition
Tuesday, March 12
With one hour to prepare a three course meal, teams of four students are judged on knife skills, team work, sanitation, menu presentation, and taste.

2013 Hospitality Management
Tuesday, March 12
Teams develop a business proposal for a new restaurant concept, create an oral presentation and a visual display.

The ProStart Invitational draws media attention while providing young professionals with industry experience. Winners receive scholarship dollars and a trip to the national competition.
