Bakery Pavilion & Special Events
For a third year in a row, the Expo has partnered with the Wisconsin Baker's Association to create the most inclusive gathering of the bakery industry in Wisconsin. From workshops in bakery and dessert techniques, to seminars on the latest trends, competitions to excite the audience, and bakery-specific exhibits, this area of the show floor generates sweet rewards for attendees from all segments of the industry.

The premier event area for attendees to see some of the best cheese selections Wisconsin has to offer. It's where they learn new and innovative ideas to incorporate into their menu. It's where they find unique options and flavors to try and taste.
   
  Wisconsin’s ACF Culinary Challenge
It's the Expo's own live version of the popular television culinary battles! Take a ringside seat at exciting culinary competitions where the regions' top chefs use unique cooking techniques to prepare award-winning dishes. Complete with play-by-play commentary, attendees won't want to miss some of the most intense battles in the industry.
     
  iZone
In this high-traffic area of the show floor, attendees work with expert chefs through hands-on demonstrations focused on unique presentation ideas, new menu additions, and the hottest trends in the industry. The iZone features experiences they'll use to improve their skills and their bottom line.
     
  Book Sale Event
Have fun shopping for items to expand your mind and polish your skills. The all new bookselling event area will help you explore literary resources and find knowledge-based solutions tailored specifically for foodservice professionals.
     
 

Go Green! Pavilion
New for 2009!  The Go Green! Pavilion is a full-service, interactive environment where attendees may ask questions, network with experts and learn more about improving the environmental impact of their business.  With consulting agencies on-hand and exhibits showcasing green products and services, this area is sure to be the green resource center for the industry!
