Exhibit Space Assignment Rules

  • Minimum exhibit size allowed is a 10' x 10'.
  • Company must have a product or service directly related to the foodservice or hospitality industries.
  • Booths are assigned on a first in, first served basis.
  • All contracts must be accompanied with a payment of at least 50% of the total exhibit space rental.
  • All signed contracts are legally binding.
  • WRA reserves the right to make the final space determination and to relocate exhibitors when necessary.

Rules for Admission

  • Attendance is open only to people that own, manage or work at a foodservice or hospitality outlet
  • Children under 16 years of age are not permitted at anytime
  • No sales in the aisles - Solicitation at the Expo by non-exhibiting suppliers is strictly prohibited.

  • You must let show management know if you need water, gas or drain services - only certain locations can accommodate those services.
  • Complete, sign and submit your exhibit contract with payment:
  • Space assignments are only finalized when both contract and payment have been received. However, a signed contract without payment is still a legally binding agreement.
