As a journalist covering foodservice and hospitality issues and events, you can’t afford to miss the 2009 Wisconsin Restaurant Expo, the largest industry event in the state.  The Expo is hosted in Milwaukee, Wisconsin’s largest city, where the greatest concentration of foodservice licenses are held.  Produced by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, which represents over 50% of the foodservice and hospitality market in the state, the Expo reaches out to the best in the industry.

The Wisconsin Restaurant Expo has a proven track record of bringing attendees from every segment of foodservice, including restaurants, bakeries, taverns, hotels, schools, institutions, convenience stores, contract feeders, and grocery stores.  Hundreds of exhibitors from around the country showcase products and services to these buyers over three days.  Now in it’s 76th year, the Expo will once again bring live culinary competitions to impress and excite, motivational speeches from high-profile speakers, educational programs that inform and protect, and many other exciting features and events to serve the foodservice and hospitality industry.

Attendance to the Expo is open only to people that own, manage or work at a foodservice or hospitality outlet.
Media representatives may receive a free pass with proof of credentials.
