Order Online Purchasing Information Dining Guide WRA Member Reimbursement

Here is how it works:

  1. Treat the certificate like cash (make change like you normally would for a cash transaction).
  2. Fill out your information on the back of the certificate and mail the original to WRA within 90 days of receipt (our address is on every certificate).
  3. WRA mails you a check for the FULL FACE VALUE of the certificate in 10 business days after we have received it.

That's it!

Don't forget to tell your staff that your establishment accepts WRA gift certificates.

Check our Dining Guide page to make sure all of your locations are listed. We'll provide a link directly from your listing to your personal web site (free service to members). You must accept WRA gift certificates in order to be listed.

Make sure you're
accepting the real thing!

We have never received a complaint about counterfeit gift certificates. Still, there are built-in security features to help you distinguish between a real WRA gift certificate and a fake one.

Our gift certificates are printed in black ink on ivory paper. (Show the front and back.) Look for these unique characteristics:

  1. Paper stock has a slight weight to it, like cover stock.
  2. Each certificate bears the WRA seal.
  3. Each certificate has a unique number assigned to it - no two certificates have the same identification number.

If you need more free WRA gift certificate decals, or have questions about the program please call the WRA, 800.589.3211, or send an e-mail to sgiese@wirestaurant.org.
