Primary elections being held for State Supreme Court

On Tuesday, February 15th, Wisconsin citizens may vote for their candidate for the state Supreme Court. This primary election chooses the top two candidates from a field of four. It is crucial that you get out to vote. There is only one candidate in the field with a record of supporting small business in Wisconsin - Justice David Prosser. Help make sure that Justice Prosser gets through the primary and onto the general election ballot.

The Wisconsin Restaurant Association supports Justice David Prosser for reelection to the Wisconsin Supreme Court because he has a strong record of supporting small businesses and keeping our communities safe. In more than 30 years of public service, Prosser has been an ally to the business community. He has served as a prosecutor, lawmaker, Speaker of the State Assembly, and for 12 years as Supreme Court Justice. He currently serves as the leader of the conservative majority on the state’s highest court.

With only 10 percent of eligible voters projected to vote, your vote is that much more important. It would be very easy for special interest groups opposed to small business interests to steal this election.
