ServSafe Certification Revamped
New ServSafe Manager program and 6th Edition book offer optimized content

The National Restaurant Association has improved the ServSafe® Food Safety Manager program, available through the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, to meet the evolving needs of the restaurant and foodservice industry.

Now called ServSafe® Manager, the initial certification program offers revamped training materials and optimized, focused content. The new ServSafe Manager Book, 6th Edition (formerly ServSafe Essentials) contains the latest FDA Food Code updates and focuses more intently on the preventative measures to keep food safe.
