Affordable educational sessions on superior customer service

Bring your frontline employees to “Customer Service Training” sessions, presented by VISIT Milwaukee.

Deb Schmidt, a veteran customer service trainer, will present a highly-engaging skills brush-up on customer service in one of three repeating sessions. Plus, for one hour before and after each session, you can check out upcoming events around Milwaukee at the “What’s Happening this Summer” mini-Expo.

Sessions are very affordable – single registration is just $25 per person
** WRA members that are also VISIT Milwaukee partners pay only $15**

Thursday, May 10 at 10:00 am

Sessions take place at the Frontier Airlines Center, located at 400 W. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee.
