Show Producer: Wisconsin Restaurant Association

As the show’s producer, the Wisconsin Restaurant Association (WRA) plays an integral role in the success of the Midwest Foodservice Expo. WRA members include thousands of foodservice businesses representing virtually every size and style of restaurant, beverage and foodservice establishment in the state. The WRA mission is to provide members the services and tools to be successful through advocacy, education and communication.

The Wisconsin Bakers Association (WBA) is a membership of retail and small wholesale bakeries, multi-unit operations, supermarket bakeries and specialty shops. WBA brings bakers and those in allied trades together through special events such as workshops, conferences, conventions and member events.

It was founded in 1929 by three chefs’ organizations: Société Culinaire Philanthropique, Vatel Club and Chefs de Cuisine Association of America.
