2021 Midwest Foodservice Expo

The primary contact person on your company's exhibit contract is sent a helpful email with how to register your booth staff for the 2021 Midwest Foodservice Expo. The email includes the unique user code you'll need for complimentary staff registrations.

All exhibitor badges that are ordered online are held for onsite pickup, for your convenience.

Exhibitor Badge Allotment

Each exhibiting company receives an allotment of complimentary exhibitor badges specific for booth staff.

For each 100 square feet (10x10 booth), five (5) complimentary exhibitor badges are provided. For each additional 100 square feet of space, exhibitors receive another three (3) exhibitor badges. Tabletop exhibit space in special event areas receive three (3) complimentary badges. A unique code will be provided via email to pre-register for your badges.

100 - 5 badges
150 - 7 badges
200 - 8 badges
300 - 11 badges
400 - 14 badges
500 - 17 badges
600 - 20 badges
700 - 23 badges
800 - 26 badges

Badges Over Complimentary Allotment

$40 before March 21, 2021 at 9pm and $49 after March 21, 2021 at 9pm.

Admission Policies

Exhibitor badges must be worn during move-in, show hours, and move-out. Exhibitor badges are the only badge type allowed on the floor during move-in, move-out, and exhibitor prep hours on show days.

Only employees of an exhibiting company may be registered as exhibitors. Exhibitor badges are not permissible for use by restaurateurs or non-exhibiting suppliers; attendee registration is intended for these groups. 


Child Admission

Children under 16 years of age (including infants) will not be permitted access to the exhibit floor at any time.

This INCLUDES all move-in and move-out hours, in addition to regular show hours.

This policy is strictly enforced for safety reasons.
