Dock Pass Request Form for Saturday, March 10

Pre-show Request Deadline: MARCH 7, 2018

Please be advised that Milwaukee’s annual St. Patrick’s Day parade will begin at noon on Saturday. If you are planning to move in on Saturday, please be aware this event will affect traffic around the Wisconsin Center. The most congested times will likely be between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Follow this link for the parade map details: saintpatricksparade.org

All exhibitors wishing to unload their own vehicle(s) within the Wisconsin Center's loading dock area must complete and return the following information to the Wisconsin Restaurant Association by March 7, 2018.

If you need dock access and miss the deadline, you must pick up a dock pass on-site in the Information Booth. Advance requests will not be honored after March 7.

Exhibitors are allowed to unload their own freight provided they use (A) a privately-owned vehicle or smaller rented truck (i.e. U-Haul, etc.) or (B) a company-owned vehicle such as a flatbed or cube truck. All exhibitors must have a dock pass to access the loading docks.

Any materials arriving on a common carrier, van line, air freight company, UPS or Federal Express must be unloaded by Valley Expo & Displays and will be charged the appropriate drayage fees. All other trucks will be unloaded by Valley Expo & Displays, including all EAC trucks. The only forklifts and motorized pallet jacks permitted are those owned and operated by Valley Expo & Displays.

Target arrival dates and times will be set based on the completed information on this form on a first come, first served basis. Exhibitors who miss their assigned time during move-in will only gain access to the dock area as space and time permits.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you do not currently have access to a printer, DO NOT proceed with entering any information below. You will be required to print your dock pass(es) immediately after entering your information. You must wait to complete this process until you have access to a printer. If you do not have a printer, please call Ryan Pettersen at 800-589-3211 and he will complete the information, then mail you a copy of the dock pass(es) that must be displayed in your vehicle.

Please complete ALL information below, then click the "Submit" button. After you submit your information, your screen will redirect to a page containing a dock pass for the time slot you've selected. You must print that page, as it will serve as the actual dock pass you will need to access the Wisconsin Center's loading dock area.

This will be the only time you will be able to print the pass so please be sure to do so.

If you noted on the submission form above that you will be arriving with multiple vehicles, you should print the following page (the dock pass) multiple times (or make copies), as one pass is required for each arriving vehicle. Dock personnel will have a list of exactly how many passes (vehicles) you requested and they will only allow that many vehicles to enter the loading dock area. Please do not make additional copies at a later date for vehicles beyond the number you requested on the form above during this session. If you discover later that you need to bring an additional vehicle(s), you may complete the process above again or contact Ryan Pettersen at the Wisconsin Restaurant Association.
