Unique opportunities for restaurant operators to tap into an untapped market

Culinary training for prison inmates

You are invited to a Lunch and Learn program at the Oshkosh Correctional Institution on Partnerships for Workplace Readiness - Tapping the Untapped Market.

Find out more about partnerships for workplace readiness with Oshkosh and Racine prisons. The program provides culinary training for inmates and includes two apprenticeship levels: Prep Cook and Restaurant Cook. They are looking for restaurants to partner with to place program graduates and also continue training when individuals are released before training is completed.

This is a unique opportunity to work with individuals with thousands of hours of culinary training. Get more info at this Lunch and Learn event to find out if this program is a good fit for your restaurant or foodservice operation.
