What Qualifies

1. Current Status:
   Not currently a member of WRA
   Not a recently lapsed member of WRA
2. Lead Status:
   Not an active lead in the WRA system
3. Referrer’s Relationship:
   ​You (referrer) are not a decision-maker for the business that is joining WRA with your referral partner membership application.
   
4. Membership Join Method:
   The new member must use your unique membership join application or mention you by name on WRA’s other application methods.

 
The Wisconsin Restaurant Association will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral meets the qualification guidelines and is eligible for a commission.  ​

The WRA Team Takes Over
The Wisconsin Restaurant Association works hard to make sure that we have happy members.  So once that membership application is submitted, different team members on the WRA side will get started with onboarding the new member to make sure they’re completely aware of all of the benefits available to them!

How You Get Paid

• The referrer must be enrolled in the program with all required fields completed and a W-9 uploaded.
• Once a qualified new member application has been received, the referral partner will be paid out their referral commission within 30 days of the new member activation.
• Referral commissions will be paid by check to the address that you’ve provided.

More Details (You know… the legal jargon)

• The referrer is solely responsible for reporting and remitting all taxes in connection with any amounts received in connection with WRA’s Referral Program.
• By signing up as a referral partner, you understand that you are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Wisconsin Restaurant Association. 
• WRA reserves the right to disqualify any referrer at any time for any reason from participation in the program.
• WRA reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice.
