The Wisconsin Restaurant Association's Top 20 Women to Watch program recognizes the creativity, leadership and contributions of women across all hospitality industry sectors and career levels. This award celebrates women from front of house to back of house, supplier partners to educators, executives to entrepreneurs, and emerging to experienced leaders throughout Wisconsin's vast hospitality industry.

Our distinguished panel of judges evaluated candidates based on multiple factors, including:
