STRENGTHENING COMMUNITIES
The Milwaukee Kitchen Cabinet (MKC) is a group of restaurateurs who are committed to growing and showcasing the work done by the restaurant industry to strengthen the communities where they live and work.  

As a grassroots movement organized by the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, with support from the National Restaurant Association, the MKC highlights the positive impacts made by the Milwaukee restaurants.

The MKC also works closely with non-profit organizations and elected officials to help make a difference in the greater Milwaukee area.

Do Good With Food Supports Children's Wisconsin

WRA's Milwaukee Kitchen Cabinet partnered with 40+ Milwaukee-area restaurants for the annual Do Good with Food fundraiser on Thursday, August 22.

All participating restaurants donate a percentage of sales to Children's Wisconsin to help make Wisconsin’s kids the healthiest in the nation.

This year's Do Good with Food event raised over $72,367 for Children's Wisconsin.

Wisconsin Organization Philanthropy Award

In 2021, the Milwaukee Kitchen Cabinet was honored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter as their Wisconsin Organization Philanthropy Award recipient. Thank you to Children’s Wisconsin for their partnership and nomination for this great honor.
