PROXY
I, the undersigned, representing a member business in good standing of the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, do hereby appoint, Lars Johnson, Erin Vranas and Kris Larson designated as proxy by the corporation’s chair, Brad Hammen, or any two of them acting together in the State of Wisconsin as proxy to represent me and vote my membership at the Annual Meeting of Members of said Association, to be held the 5th day of February 2024 at 10:00 am via a virtual meeting, or any adjournment of said meeting, on all matters that may properly come before the membership, and I hereby confirm and ratify any and all things which shall be done by said proxy hereunder. I understand my proxy vote is revocable if I attend the virtual Annual Meeting.
