PROXY
I, the undersigned, representing a member business in good standing of the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, do hereby appoint Jeff Kaminski and Eric Freund, designated as proxy by the corporation’s chair, Erin Vranas, or any two of them acting together in the State of Wisconsin as proxy to represent me and vote my membership at the Annual Meeting of Members of said Association, to be held the 18th day of February 2025, at 9:00 a.m., via a Virtual Meeting, or any adjournment of said meeting, on all matters that may properly come before the membership, and I hereby confirm and ratify any and all things which shall be done by said proxy hereunder. I understand my proxy vote is revocable if I attend the Annual Meeting in person.
