PROXY
I, the undersigned, representing a member business in good standing of the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, do hereby appoint Eric Freund and Evan Hughes, designated as proxies by the corporation’s chair, Jeff Kaminski, or any two of them acting together in the State of Wisconsin, as proxy to represent me and cast my vote at the Annual Meeting of Members of the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, to be held the 16th day of February 2026, at 9:00 a.m., via a Virtual Meeting, or any adjournment of said meeting, on all matters that may properly come before the membership. I hereby confirm and ratify any and all things which shall be done by said proxy hereunder. I understand my proxy vote is revocable if I attend the Annual Meeting in person.
