RIS 2023 Exhibitor Contract
By agreeing to this exhibit contract, you acknowledge and accept all the rules and regulations outlined below.
Liability
I understand that WRA is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may occur to my employees or property from any cause whatsoever prior, during, or subsequent to the event and you will hold WRA harmless from any and all claims for damages or injuries.
If for any reason through an act of God or otherwise, should RIS be prevented from occurring, the maximum claim against the event producer shall be limited to the refunding of monies which have been paid for exhibit space and/or sponsorship less any amount determined by the event producers to be necessary for payment of any or all cost incurred in establishing, promoting accommodating said event.
- The event producer will assign your booth location.
- I am aware that photos and videos could be taken and possibly used on social media, email, website and in other promotions.
- Limited cooking is allowed and must be pre-approved due to facility rules.
- 100 sqft. (10x10) exhibit booths include 1 table, 1 chair, 1 waste basket. ALL additional services and rental supplies must be ordered through the facility, prior to the event. This includes ALL electricity.
- This contract is a legally binding contract regardless of payment.
- Cancellation of exhibit space and sponsorship is still subject to 100% of the agreed upon fee unless the cancellation is initiated by the event producer.
