ServSafe Food Manager
​In-person Review Session & Exam

The WRA Education Foundation offers a ServSafe Manager’s Certification training program that encompasses self-study and a one-day review with certification exam. The single day session (8:00am- 5:00pm) blends lecture, video and activities. It also includes the most current edition of the ServSafe Manager book sent in advance, live review session, lunch and proctored certification exam. Please study the book in advance, complete the practice exam prior to the review and bring your current photo ID, ServSafe Manager book with Exam Answer Sheet scantron, handouts and #2 pencils. 
 
Successful completion of the ServSafe Manager exam fulfills the state requirement for Certified Food Protection Manager.

Please Note: Most of the people on this list offer their services outside of their regular career. Most will not be able to provide same-day service so you should call in advance of your needed exam date.

You will need an Exam Seat Registration Number for an online exam or an Exam Answer Sheet scantron for a paper exam. Discuss options with your proctor. If you take a paper exam, you will need at least a 9 business day notice or a shipping charge may be assessed.
