In-person Review Session & Exam

Our program is a self-study that includes a one-day review session and certification exam. Single day session (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) reviews the main points using ServSafe materials provided by the National Restaurant Association. Includes the most current edition of the ServSafe Manager book sent in advance, lunch, live review session and all exam fees. Successful completion of the ServSafe Manager exam fulfills the state requirement for Certified Food Protection Manager.
