Convenient online training provides 90 days of access, allowing participants to study at their own pace from any location. The program includes comprehensive online coursework, an exam access code, and a virtual proctored certification exam through ProctorU. Everything is online - no printed materials will be sent
Interactive activities give learners the opportunity to practice real-life scenarios, while audio-enhanced text supports reading comprehension. Practice exams are also included to help students confidently prepare for the proctored certification exam.

Successful completion of the ServSafe Manager Exam (score of 70% or higher) fulfills the state requirement for Certified Food Protection Manager certification.

Online Proctoring FAQs

Virtual Exam Technical Requirements:

• A personal computer or laptop with webcam, microphone, and a private room is required (Minimum System Requirements); tablets and Chromebooks are not supported
• Watch ProctorU's Pre-Exam Checklist video so you know what to expect on exam day; download the Guardian browser when you schedule your exam.
• Cell phones use for exams is highly discouraged due to the data requirements and course function loss or difficulties.

You have 90 days to complete the online course once you start the course; all codes expire one year from date of purchase.
