Highly respected and well-known experts on menu trends, Nancy Kruse and Peter Romeo will be sharing their insights on the flavors that will be influencing upcoming menu changes, as well as debating the top trending topics that industry leaders’ factor into daily operations during these unique times.

Discussion Group
45-minute deep-dive workshops will be hosted by industry experts that are relevant to the trending tastes, tech and models of the industry today. Session topics have been strategically selected to provide tools, solutions and creative thinking that restauranteurs can use to improve operations.
